If you do not provide sufficient information, we may not be able to verify your identity, and thus we may not be able to enrol you as our member. All personal data submitted will only be used for purposes which are directly related to your HKBUAA membership application and other purposes as we deem appropriate in connection with your HKBUAA membership, including:

verify your identity before enrolling you as our member;
enable you to stay connected with HKBUAA and keep track of the latest updates on our alumni activities, events, talks, workshops, initiatives, publications and any other related information;
communicate to you our newsletters, publications and other information in relation to HKBUAA;
send you notices and information in relation to our annual general meetings and other meetings; and
any other purposes in connection with any of (a) to (d) above.

The personal data submitted may be transferred to Hong Kong Baptist University for verifying your identity.
